No. DoseBell records schedules, reminders, and your actions. It does not decide whether or how much medicine you take.

Do reminders work without an account or internet?

Yes. Core reminders and records are local. Network is needed only for the optional account, purchases, and Caregiver Connect.

What can a caregiver see?

The shared record uses an opaque occurrence ID, scheduled and deadline times, confirmation state, revision number, and confirmation time. Medication details stay on your device.

Does an invited caregiver pay?

No. Pro is required for the owner who creates and syncs a profile. Invited caregivers can join without purchasing Pro.

Can a notification be guaranteed?

No app can guarantee final delivery. iOS permission, Focus, device state, and system scheduling can affect delivery. DoseBell includes a notification health check.

How is my data handled?
